It is unclear whether, and if so what kinds of, data may have been leaked. The system provider has indicated that there is a theoretical risk that personal data may have been exposed.

There is no information about your bank account stored in Primula. This information is managed by Danske Bank. There is also no information about sick leave (medical certificates).

Primula contains basic personal data on all staff. This includes your Swedish personal identification number, name, address, salary, position (title), details of your next of kin, and any sideline activity.

It also includes data related to absence reporting, i.e. holiday, leaves of absence, parental leave, and sick leave. There is also information on reimbursement issues: allowances, per diem, overtime, health allowance, and medical care. Information about deductions for salary exchange, Västtrafikkort, leisure association, art association, tax and trade union membership are also available in Primula.

We do not know at this stage whether any data have been leaked and, if so, what. But there is no information about your bank account stored in Primula. This information is managed by Danske Bank.

Everything continues as usual. If there are changes in your sick leave, HR and your immediate manager are to be notified as usual.

The systems integrated with Primula such as the IA system, Adato, Retendo, Qlikview and HBkat were updated last on 2024-01-19. No changes after this are available in Primula. The systems can be used as usual with the existing information.

At present, we do not know how long the service interruption of Primula will continue. Work is ongoing with the system provider to resolve the problems as soon as possible.

HR and IT will quality assure and verify changes before they are passed on to the rest of the university's systems.
