You must be connected to Eduroam wifi before following the guide.

1. Go to Papercut Mobility Print download link (external link)
2. Click on the Windows icon
3. Click Download
4. Click on the downloaded file
5. Click on Yes
6. Pick language and click on Ok
7. Accept the agreement and click on Next
8. Make sure the Print-And-Collect is checked and click on Next
9. Click on Finish
10. You can now find Print-And-Collect(Mobility) when you print a document

You must be connected to Eduroam before following the guide.

1. Go to Papercut Mobility Print download link (external link)
2. Click on the Mac icon (see image)
3. Click Download and select Allow
4. Go to Finder and to Downloaded Files and select the Papercut installation file
5. Click Papercut Mobility Print Client.pkg
6. Go through the installation steps
7. You should now be able to print. If you open for example Word you should now see a printer called Print-And-Collect(Mobility).
8. Please note that you may need to enter your username and password for your HB account the first time you print a document.

You must be connected to Eduroam before following the guide.

1. Open safari and go to Papercut Mobility Print Setup (External link)
2. Click on the iOS icon (see image)
3. Click the Download link
4. Click Allow
5. Click Close
6. Go to the home screen and select Settings
7. Go to General
8. Click VPN & Device Settings
9. Click Papercut Mobility Print for iOS
10. Click Install
11. Enter your passcode to unlock the phone
12. Click Install
13. Click Done

Printing with Papercut Mobility Print

1. Open a PDF in Safari on your iPad or iPhone
2. Click on the Share icon (see image)
3. Select Print
4. Click on Printer and select Print-And-Collect
5. Log in with your signature and password
6. Click Print

You must be connected to Eduroam before following the guide.

1. Go to Papercut Mobility Print setup (external link)
2. Click on the Android icon (see image)
3. Click Install or update
4. Click Install
5. Click Open
6. Click on Tap here and check the Mobility Print Service is On. Make sure Mobility print is On
7. Click the back arrow

Open a document and print

1. Select to print a document
2. Click on select a printer and select Print-And-Collect
3. Click the print icon
4. Click Ok
5. Click on your job needs authentication
6. Log in with your signature and password and click on login and print
7. You should now receive a notification saying that the printout has been sent
8. Now go to any copier and print

Please note that not all apps have printing capability.
