Form for simplified DiVA registration

To make the university's publications accessible and as a tool in evaluations it is important that all publications and artistic outputs are registered in DiVA. This form allows you to submit brief information that the library will used to register your work in DiVA.

Please note: Processing times for DiVA registrations are longer during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. However, we will ensure that everything submitted is registered before the deadline for the annual report (18 January 2026).

Please note: You can only register one publication/output at the time. We can only process published material, not anything that is just submitted/accepted.

Please upload relevant files here. Open access articles and artistic works will be published in DiVA immediately. Other publications will be made available in full text form as far as it is allowed. If you upload your accepted manuscript (the version of the article you sent to the publishers) this can often be made available after an embargo.

If your files are larger than 20MB, you can send them by email. Please wait for the automatic reply you get to your email address after you have submitted the form. Then respond to that email and attach your file(s). All of your information about the publication will then be available at the same place.

Processing of personal data

The information given in the form will be sent by email to the University Library at the University of Borås where processing is taking place. The email will be deleted after processing. By submitting this form, the processing of personal data is accepted.
