Renovation of the Entrance and Common Area at Sandgärdet

Over the coming year, a service centre will be established at Sandgärdet, bringing together the reception desk, Student Centre and IT Support in one location. At the same time, the building's entrance will be renovated.

Impact on the Study Environment

During the renovation period, construction work will generate noise that may affect the study environment in the library. Any major periods of particularly noisy work that are known in advance will be announced beforehand.

Alternative Entrances

During the construction period, the library can be accessed via the entrance at Olovsholmsgatan 1 on the eastern side of the building, as well as through the northern entrance by the parking area. It is also possible to move between Balder and Sandgärdet via the bridge connecting the two buildings.
