Work with us at the Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT
Our 200 employees conduct teaching and research in the fields of library and information science, educational work, business, and IT.
The Faculty is also home to the internationally well-regarded Swedish School of Library and Information Science, Sweden's largest research and education environment in library and information science. We are also working purposefully to establish doctoral programmes in Educational Work and Business and IT.
The Faculty has three departments:
- Swedish School of Library and Information Science
- Department of Educational Work
- Department of Information Technology
The Department of Educational Work further has a special responsibility to offer research-based higher education pedagogy courses based on the needs of the university.
