Food choice survey

Upcycled foods are foods which use ingredients that otherwise would not have gone to human consumption. Upcycled foods are made from ingredients such as damaged or imperfect food produce and scraps from food preparation. For example, damaged bananas can be turned into banana chips or carrot peels can be dried and added to a powdered soup mix rather than being discarded.

We are a group of researchers from the University of Boras investigating public opinion on upcycled foods. We would like to know about important factors that influence your upcycled food choices.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your contribution is very important to us!
