Recruiting staff in the social services

During the autumn of 2016, a workshop on staffing issues was conducted with Sjuhärads region's managers and assistance officers. The workshop resulted in a number of concrete action plans focusing on managerial training, mentoring programs and supervision. The project aims to study and analyze the reasons why people leave their employment and what is needed to recruit and retain competent managers and employees in the future.
