Trust and Collegiality

In the current organizational changes at the University of Borås, much focus is placed on trust and collegial ways of working. For trust and collegiality to happen, it is of great importance to have a common view of what trust-based collegial working methods are, and how we enact this in practice. The aim of this project is to investigate how we can further develop our culture so that trust and collegiality can be enacted and practiced.
This project has been granted strategic development funding by the Vice-Chancellor.
