(Un)organized creativity

(Un)organized creativity

Creativity is, and has long been, desired in many organizations because it is perceived as necessary, especially for sustainable development. This project looks at how creativity is stimulated and how creative forces can be combined based on the perspectives of different actors. The aim is to increase knowledge of how creativity can be stimulated without being over-organised, and by extension, finding a balance of organized and unorganized creative forces, that jointly contribute to the long-term vitality of a region/city/place. The study combines two research areas: one about how creativity can be stimulated and organized, the other about interaction between private business, civil society and public service.
