What prevents or enables "the way in" and "the way out", ie that the student completes the education and graduates? Furthermore, the purpose is to study any differences that may be related to gender, the content of the educations, the working conditions of the professions and career paths. The intention is to gain an in-depth understanding of the recruitment problem and contribute to new knowledge in the welfare area.
