I work as senior lecturer in textile materials technology. My research targets resource efficient ways to recycle textile materials. I have worked at the University of Borås since 2011. After my PhD in polymeric materials, at Chalmers in 1997, I worked in R&D of degradable polymer based implants, mainly for orthopedic applications. Presently I’m enrolled in the research projects Textile back to textile, Testbed Textile Recycling and the Erasmus+ project Atom where we try to strengthen the recruitment process of international applicants to my Master’s Programme in Textile Engineering using web based self-assessment tests.
