I work as a doctoral student in the research field of textile material technology with a focus on textile constructions for actuation and haptic communication. I have been working at the University of Borås since 2017 as a teaching technician but began my journey here in 2013 when I started the bachelor program in Textile Engineering. I also have a subsequent masters degree in Textile Technology that I finished in 2017. During my years as a student I have worked with smart textiles, including piezoelectric filaments and textile electrodes. 

I am part of the research group Polymeric E-textiles and currently active in the research project WEAFING, part of Horizon 2020 funded by the EU, which deals with the integration of electroactive textiles in garments.
