Through my earlier work focusing on how people manage and preserve their personal digital information and objects I developed an interest in how data is generated, collected and sold for profit in digital environments. My recent interests include critical data studies, social media and datafied systems, feminist data studies and collective imagination. I am working on a project about sociotechnical imaginaries in data feminism since 2019 and am currently exploring intersections between shared perceptions of technological projects and future possibilities in scholarly texts and local projects. The intersectional turn in recent feminism(s) expanded my focus on minoritized groups including women, POC and, most recently, LGBTQI+ people.
