I work as a professor in the research field of process improvement with a focus on collaboration in business process modeling.
I have worked at the University of Borås since 2003. Before that I was educated in computer science, linguistics, business administration and informatics at the universities in Koblenz and Frankfurt. I am currently the leader of the sub-project “Digital Platforms for Service Innovation” within the synergy project “Data-Driven Innovation: Algorithms, Platforms and Ecosystems” that starts on October 1, 2016.
