Your masseuse from Team Lars Massage will give you a wellness massage and a moment to take it easy. The masseur works mostly with the back, neck, and shoulders so that the body has the opportunity to rest and recover.

All salaried employees at the university have the opportunity to book a massage. Massages are 30 minutes long.

Booking and cancellation

You book your massage treatments in the Team Lars Massage web-based booking system, Start - Team Lars Massage. Press "Book massage". If you become sick, see if a colleague can take your time instead. For late cancellations, the full price will be charged.

Price

As an employee, you have the opportunity to receive five subsidised 30-minute massages per year. That means you will pay SEK 240/treatment. Of course, you can go and get a massage more times than that and in that case, you pay full price, SEK 306. All costs are deducted from your salary after the massage.

Place

Massages take place in the resting room in corridor C6 of the Balder building in room number C615. Please note that you need to bring your access tag to enter the corridor.
