Technical/administrative staff
The university's local collective agreement regulates working hours for technical/administrative staff. The university uses flexitime, a system whereby individual employees indicate their starting and finishing times from day to day. For some groups, there are also provisions regulating standby duty as well as evening and weekend work.

- Day before All Saints' Day, Friday 1 November
- Day before Christmas Eve, Monday 23 December
