If you have previously run an upgrade of the Zenworks agent and have problems viewing programs via Start > HB, you may get a question about installing the agent again. Click Yes and let the installation run again.

We have seen some computers having issues with the update. This means that you cannot start programs via Start > HB.

An upgrade of the Zenworks agent from version 20.1 & 20.3 to 23.4 will be sent out shortly to all clients.

If you have one of the older versions of the agent, the computer will notify you that it needs to be restarted after the installation is complete.
