Three processes for gender equality

The University of Borås has chosen to consider gender equality issues in the regular decision-making and organisational structures. This means that gender equality is addressed within the university's work with:

  • vision statements, goals, and strategies
  • quality assurance work for education and research
  • systematic work environment management
