In the workshop, opportunities are presented and discussed to strengthen the group’s resources, both in the short and in the long term. FRAM is facilitated by advisors from Grants and Innovations Office (GIO) who together with the group, identify existing assets such as networks, knowledge, and driving forces as well as define challenges and formulate goals.

Who is FRAM suited for?

Research groups of 2-6 people who:

• work or want to work together with research
• mainly consist of researchers with a doctoral degree who are in a position to apply for research funding
• have an ambition to “take the next step,” start something new, or develop something even further
