Letter of Motivation
A letter of motivation should exhibit your motivation for the chosen program, your expectations on your future career, and display your communicative ability. If you have applied for more than one Master’s program in Textile Management (application code 8255A, 8257A, 8259A see under Application) it must be clearly stated why and how you made your priorities.
The following must also be clearly visible:
Your contact details; name, postal address, telephone, e-mail and application number.
The letter must be no longer than one A4 page excluding contact information.
Make sure that you express yourself as clearly as possible as to avoid misunderstandings.
Recommended structure
You letter should give the reader a sense of who you are, your academic background, your work experience, your interests and your relation to the field of textiles and fashion.
Motivate why you wish to study the chosen program. What are your expectations and how will this promote your future career.
Also briefly describe your strengths and weaknesses regarding study and work-life, relate this to both individual and group work.
Interview
Applicants who are selected for interviews will be contacted through email. It is the responsibility of the applicant to have the required softwares installed on their computer or smart device, and to have sufficient internet connection to support visual transfer. The photo on the passport uploaded for the application may be used for identification.
All interviews will be held on the same day, between 08:00 - 17:00 CET (Central European Time), during week 12 (19-23 March 2018). The exact date will be announced later. The time for the interview cannot be rescheduled.
