The rapid globalisation over recent years has made internationalisation at universities more important than ever. The University of Borås has an important role to play in solving global challenges as well as giving our students competence to contribute to, and change, the increasingly internationalised arenas both at home and in other countries. Irrespective of whether our students work in Sweden or in other countries they will have careers where an international perspective is important. An international perspective is required for sustainable development in all areas, including healthcare and education.
