Practical information

The academic year consists of two semester (autumn and spring)  that is divided into two periods (period 1-2 and period 3-4). The courses are presented in course packages that consist of 3-4 courses that together consist of 30 ECTS with corresponds to full time studies for one semester.  Courses from different course packages cannot be combined but students that wish to learn Swedish are encourages to add a Swedish language course to their course selection.

Each semester begins with two Orientation days the Thursday and Friday before the official start of the semester. The Orientation Days are mandatory for exchange students. For Autumn semester 2024 the dates for Orientation Days will be 26-27 August.
