Aging and healthy living for people living with HIV

Many people living with HIV are becoming older. To live and aging well with HIV is an important research field, where knowledge is needed to better address questions related to aging and healthy living.

The project aims to investigate experiences of living and aging with HIV. Experiences of care for elderly people living with HIV in Sweden will be studied, to increase knowledge about needs and challenges to ensure a good life. Within the project, 2 studies will be carried out during the year 2022, first a scoping literature review and secondly a qualitative interview study.
