This application is to fund part of the analytical costs for cultivation of fish (rainbow
trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss) at University of Borås (UB) in collaboration with Swedish
University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).

Main Aim of the project

- Formulation of suitable rainbow trout diet with single cell protein(filamentous fungi:
neurospora intermedia)
- Investigation of new formulated diet with single cell protein effects on fish functions
including: growth performance, flesh composition, intestinal microbiota of rainbow
trout
