My work involves research and teaching activities within the area of textile material technology as a Doctoral student. My current research involves resource-efficient inkjet printing of enzymes on various textile surfaces for advance applications. I am also involved in teaching on courses related to product development, smart textiles, textile chemistry and wet processing (Dyeing & finishing).
I have bachelor and master degrees in Textile Engineering and Technology. After completing my bachelor studies, I have worked for about five years in textile industry performing research, production and merchandising related duties. Prior to my current employment, I was involved in research projects lead by Svenska Cellulosa AB (SCA) and Vinnova (I-Tex). My previous work has helped to achieve several grants and awards such as Swedish Institute study scholarship, Best thesis award (Bo Rydin Foundation), Global Swede award (Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
