I wrote my doctoral thesis at the School of Public Administration, University of Gothenburg, with the title "A story of ”being allowed” to remain. A study on creating space for collaboration in public sector." In the thesis, I focus on establishing collaboration to support the labor market integration of immigrants.
I am also a member of the external research group "Organizing Integration" at the School of Business, Economics, and Law, University of Gothenburg.
