Innovative ideas for competence supply in welfare

The purpose of the project is to study, through participant-based research, two models for the implementation of innovative solutions for increased recruitment, staffing and career development in elderly care.

In the Gothenburg region, the "Career Path Model" is being studied, which involves competence development in four stages from assistant to specialist nurse. In Södertälje municipality, "Telge Tillväxt" is being studied, which involves language and skills development for women and men with a migration background.
