Councils with student representatives

The Library Director heads the activities at the University Library.

• The council meets approximately twice per term.
• 3 student representatives

The council is to:

• be advisory to the Library Director in the library's strategic development.
• develop and disseminate the university's library policy.
• monitor research and educational interests in library activities.
• function as an arena for information exchange among the University Library, Professional Services, Faculties, students, and the outside world.
• conduct overall strategic discussions about the focus of the library's activities.

The Collaboration Group for Fair Examinations (SAMREX) deals with current student law issues at the University of Borås. With representatives from all parts of the university, the group works for a shared and equal approach to fairness and legal certainty for all involved. The group has an advisory role in relation to the university’s decision-makers and proposes solutions and measures to promote fair and legally certain examination.

• The group meets about 5 times per term
