Print and Collect means that you only have one print queue to choose for your prints. You can then pick up the prints on any machine by identify yourselves with your tag at any of the machines alternatively printing location via the Web. If you forget to retrieve the print jobs they are deleted from the queue after 48 hours, which means savings of paper, toner and energy with a clear environmental aspect in focus.
