Furnished apartments for exchange students

The University of Borås offers a limited amount of furnished accommodations at Simonsland to our exchange students that are here for maximum two semesters.

Student Accommodation at Simonsland

Make yourself at home in Simonsland, a vibrant student neighbourhood located right next to campus and within easy walking distance of everything you need during your stay in Borås.

The apartments offer a great location with beautiful views overlooking the campus and the river Viskan. You’ll be close to Borås city centre, with shops, cafés, restaurants and other services just a short walk away.

Your own private apartment

If you rent an apartment at Simonsland through the University, you will have your own individual apartment, including a private kitchen and private bathroom. This means you have your own space and all the privacy and independence you need, while still living in a vibrant student neighbourhood close to campus.

Your apartment is furnished and equipped with the essentials, so you can settle in from day one. The rent includes:

Internet
Furniture, including a single bed, desk, desk chair, armchair and floor lamp
Duvet, pillow and mattress cover
Kitchen equipment

How to Apply

If you would like to apply for student accommodation at Simonsland, simply select the accommodation option in SoleMove when completing your application.

If you are coming to Borås with a friend/partner who is also participating in an exchange and you would like to share accommodation, please indicate this in your application as well. This will help us take your preference into consideration when allocating accommodation.
