My research concerns (digital) organizing, management and control within private and public sector organizations. Specific interest lies in the implementation, translation, and use of digital management performance systems and key performance indicators and their (unintended) consequences on individual, organizational and societal levels. My studies are often conducted through the lens of a relational ontology of things – i.e. relational risk theory.
