If you do not have the office package installed, you can download it via o365.hb.se

1. Start Outlook
2. Click on Log in
3. Enter your student email (Sxxxxxx@student.hb.se) and click Next
4. Enter your password and then click Sign in

2. Click on Microsoft Outlook (If you do not have the outlook client on your mac, you can download it via o365.hb.se > log in > install office. If your computer says you have too old MacOS, you need to update it. See Apple's guide to updating macOS)

4. Click Get started
5. Click Start using Outlook
6. Enter your student email (Sxxxxxxx@student.hb.se) and press Continue
7. Enter your password and press log in

1. Go to outlook.hb.se
2. Enter your student email (Sxxxxxx@student.hb.se) and click Next
3. Enter password and click Log in

You can use the webmail on any device, without having to install Outlook.

6. Click at Subscribe from web and paste your webcal link. Type a name on the calendar and click on Import.

1. Open the Outlook client
2. Select the sent folder and open the email you want to revoke
3. Under the Move tab, select Actions and Revoke this messagePlease note that you can only revoke emails sent internally. The revocation only works if the recipient has not read the email.

Turn off audio and desktop notifications for email in Outlook

1. Click File - Options - Mail - Message arrival
2. Uncheck the option Play a sound
3. Uncheck the Display a desktop alert
4. Click OK

You can send 50MB large emails, attachments included.
