Education and research strategies - Development of new pedagogical forms: "Gamification" of leadership training in health and social care

GOAL

The aim of this project is to develop ideas and methods for using digital technology – gamification – to train different leadership situations in the everyday dilemmas of working life and develop a readiness for action in the face of unforeseen crises and disasters.

End date: 2024-12-31

A special focus is initially placed on leadership training in health and social care and then specifically on leadership training for first line managers in eldercare. The project also intends to contribute to attracting new groups of students to higher education.
