Language Lab Support

The Language Lab offers professional guidance in Swedish and English. The drop-in service is suitable for shorter questions that you might have, while, for instance, working on an assignment.

For example, you can:

  • receive advice on how to improve your vocabulary
  • learn more about writing for university purposes
  • receive feedback on short passages of text
  • learn more about what can be improved in your writing as well as how to do it
  • receive advice on how to polish your oral skills
  • seek guidance regarding language and structure when writing reports or term papers

Please note that proofreading of a part of a text or a whole text is not provided.

If you require more in-depth guidance regarding developing your academic language, there is to some extent individual language support available. In this case, you must contact one of the language advisors and book an appointment for Individual Language Support.
