Exchange student

An exchange student is a student who is presently registered at a university that has an exchange agreement with the University of Borås. We welcome over 200 exchange students from all over the world each year. In order to be accepted as an exchange student, you need to be a registered student at one of our partner universities and be nominated for exchange studies by your home university.

Application deadlines

Autumn Semester: 1 May
Spring Semester: 1 November

Please respect the application deadlines. If we receive your application after 1 May/1 November, you may only be granted admission if there are study spots available and you meet the entry requirements.

Admission letters are issued to admitted students at the end of May/November.

The B2 level is basic and some study programmes may have special requirements. Please contact the International Office if you have any questions.
