Erasmus+ Application in SoleGrant

Log in to SoleMove.

It is recommended that you use the Chrome, Firefox or Opera web browser.

This is how you log in and access the form:

• Link: SoleMOVE / Welcome!
• Select “University of Borås [HB]” from the drop-down list under “Login”.
• Select “HB-id” from the drop-down list under “Log in using”.
• Log in with your student ID.

• Click on "SoleGrant" in the menu on the left-hand side. 

You are now logged into SoleGrant where you will submit your Erasmus+ form.

• Click on “Application” in the menu on the left-hand side. There you will see your confirmed exchange spot.
•   Thereafter, click on “Create new application” at the top on the right-hand side to create your form.

A window with your confirmed exchange spot will open. 

• Select the host institution for your exchange and click “Create new application”.

You may now start filling in the form. Remember to click “Save” after each part.

Some fields in the form are pre-filled but not all. Follow the instructions on how to fill in the fields.

• Date of birth: add your date of birth.
• Country: add which country you are currently living in.
• Click on “Save” and go to the next tab.

The next part contains information about your exchange. The fields are pre-filled.

• Do not change the exchange period dates (you will write your individual exchange dates in the next tab).
• Click on “Save” and go to the next tab.

The fields under “Grant information” are needed to calculate your Erasmus+ grant. There are several fields where you need to add information.

• Grant period:Change the dates to the planned start and end date of your exchange. This information is given by the receiving university, for example in the acceptance letter. The start date should be the first day you will be physically present in the host country for an academic reason. Welcome days (also known as "orientation days" or "introduction days") can be counted towards the study period. The end date is the last day you will be physically present in the host country for an academic reason. Your grant will be based on these dates.
• Travelling days:A travel day is a day you need for transport to/from the host country. Travel that takes place the same day that the studies abroad start/end does not count as a travel day. If you will travel with environmentally friendly means, you can receive a grant for up to 6 travel days, a maximum of 3 days per direction. Environmentally friendly means are bus and train. Car-pooling is also considered as green travel if you are at least 2 programme participants who travel together in the car; accompanying family members may not be included in the count. If you will not be travelling green, you can receive a grant for up to 2 travel days, a maximum of 1 day per direction.
• Amount:Write "0" (zero).

Bank account: Add the details of the bank account for payment of the grant. It has to be a bank account in your name.

• Students with Swedish bank accounts write the bank account number and the clearing number (4 digits). If you have Swedbank/Sparbank and your clearing number consists of 5 digits, do not include the fifth number.
• Students with foreign bank accounts write the IBAN and SWIFT number.
• Main means of travel to and from the host country:Choose whether the majority of your travel to and from the destination will be done using green or non-green travel
• Conditions:You need to tick the box to confirm you understand and accept the conditions.
• Click on “Save” and go to the next tab.

There is no need to add an enclosure. Go to the next tab.

Review your form and submit it when ready. You will not be able to edit the form once it has been submitted, so make sure that all the information you have provided is correct.

When the form has been sent in, you will be redirected to the overview of applications. The status for your form should now be “Sent to decision”, this means that the International Office can see and process your form. When the form has been processed you will receive an invitation to sign your Grant Agreement, where the exact grant amount for your exchange will be included. The invitation will be sent to your university e-mail.

Please note that if the International Office has any follow-up questions regarding your form, they will contact you by email.
